Pilates Guru is a modern movement platform dedicated to refined, intelligent Pilates for a global community. Through on-demand programs and live Zoom sessions.

I help you build strength, mobility, and mindful control - from home, while travelling, or between studio classes.

My Path 

I began studying Pilates in 2016. With a background in Sports & Exercise Science from the UK, I trained extensively in the STOTT Pilates method through Merrithew - the global leader in contemporary Pilates education. I'm also a Level 3 Personal Trainer, blending scientific understanding with the precision and philosophy of Joseph Pilates. 

Over the past 10 years, I've taught internationally across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Working in diverse studios with hundreds of clients shaped my approach: technically precise, deeply adaptable, and focused on how you move.

What I Teach 

My expertise covers the full Pilates system: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Inside the Pilates Guru membership, I translate that studio experience into two formats: 

On-Demand Programs: Structured series for core strength, posture, mobility, and graceful control 

Live Zoom Sessions: Real-time classes + form checks so you practice safely and progress faster 

I hold specialised certifications in Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Total Barre, and Injuries & Special Populations. That means I can safely guide you through pregnancy, postpartum, rehab, or simply building a stronger foundation with confidence.


My Philosophy 

Pilates goes far beyond exercise. 

My teaching blends precision, strength, mobility, and mindful control to create sessions that feel both powerful and restorative. Members often describe the classes as technical yet fluid, challenging yet calming — a space where the body becomes stronger while the mind finds stillness.

I'm embracing motherhood and global teaching, building a lifestyle that integrates movement, travel, and mindful living. As a mother myself, I know how vital it is to maintain strength, balance, and self-care through every stage of life.
